Charity Lifeline is a Community Interest Company founded in March 2013. A Community Interest Company (often called a Social Enterprise) differs from a charity, it is a business and can generate a profit but this must be used to support the chosen community of interest. In our case this is small community and voluntary groups, financially vulnerable people and the environment.
We generate our income through selling unwanted goods, both new and used, mainly through recognised ecommerce, and we use our surplus to:

• Support small voluntary and community groups using a range of different methods
• Provide practical support and help to financially vulnerable people
• Upcycle and recycle goods to help reduce the level of waste reaching landfill

We know that Charity Lifeline CIC can make a difference where it matters and when it counts, and we very much hope as many people can be a part of this as possible.
